   - All meeting rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking.

   - High-touch surfaces (door handles, tables, chairs, etc.) are disinfected regularly throughout the day.

   - Hand sanitizers are available at the entrance and in the meeting rooms for guests to use.

2. Capacity Limits

   - We adhere to recommended room capacity limits to ensure social distancing and a comfortable working environment.

   - Please follow the seating arrangements and capacity guidelines provided for each room.

3. Health Protocols

   - Guests who are feeling unwell, exhibiting symptoms of illness, or have been in contact with someone with a contagious illness are kindly asked to reschedule their booking.

   - SC4K reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone showing symptoms of illness to protect the well-being of other guests and staff.

4. Ventilation

   - Our meeting rooms are well-ventilated to maintain good air circulation and reduce the risk of airborne transmission of viruses.

5. Personal Responsibility

   - All guests are expected to follow basic hygiene practices, such as frequent handwashing and proper cough/sneeze etiquette.

   - Guests should immediately report any safety hazards or health concerns to SC4K staff

6. Compliance with Local Health Guidelines

   - SC4K follows all local and national health regulations to ensure a safe environment for all visitors. Any updates or changes to health and safety guidelines will be promptly communicated to guests.
