Workways Brussels Airport's new flexi office site at Excelsiorlaan 6-8 is the latest addition to our group of flexible workspaces, located in the main business hub, a 5-minute journey from Brussels International Airport, easily accessible by car, taxi, public transport and bike. So close to Belgium’s capital, Workways Excelsior 8 offers all the advantages of a great strategic location. In our 7,300m2 building, we offer fully serviced offices from 1 person starting out, up to 100 people. It can accommodate up to 600 people and has a secure car park with over 150 spaces, electric-car charging points and enclosed parking garages. The room is equipped with a smart tv screen, a great table with 14 chairs as well as a lounge corner with sofa.

“Chez Colette”, an exclusive lounge bar to share a drink with your partners or to organise diner and any private and corporate event. The bar is equipped with 5 tables and 20 chairs for a dinner, with two lounge area 'sofas', with a great bar with high chairs, and high tables and chairs. The atmosphere is chic and warm on the theme of cinema's icons.

It is suitable for presentations and is equipped with a projector and giant screen.

The coffee, tea, water still and sparkling are included, as well as the wifi and parking. This meeting room cosy and warm is located on the first floor just above the entrance. The room is equipped with a TV smart screen and sockets.
Meeting room 'Jungle'

The coffee, tea, water still and sparkling are included, as well as the wifi and parking. This meeting room, set up in the 'Second Home' space, is for 10 persons maximum. You could outside the room enjoy the warm and cosy environnement of 'Second Home' space and use the phone booths for your private call.
