A unique, down to earth shared office and event space. Sanders Place is home to a group of great people and businesses all focused on social and environmental impact. The space was created to provide a beautiful and productive workspace and meeting space - to foster fun, connection and growth for the impact community in Melbourne. We offer a range of work spaces and membership levels to suit the needs of your team. Enquire to talk about taking a desk or office and joining the Sanders Place community. We're also home to a regular program of events where like-minded professionals can connect, learn and unwind in an inspiring atmosphere.
Casual Desk Membership
Casual Desk Memberships include access 1 day/month, ad-hoc desk/chair allocation based on availability, 1 meeting room credits/month, additional day passes can be purchased for $40 p/day. The building will be designed for you to work in and for you to host external guests. It will also be used for events and meetings by our permanent members and other organisations.
Flexi-Desk Membership
Flexi-Desk Memberships include access up to 3 days/week, use of "hot desks" and common areas, desk allocation: first-come, first-served basis, seating at shared/communal tables if sit-stand desks unavailable, 2 meeting room credits/month. The building will be designed for you to work in and for you to host external guests. It will also be used for events and meetings by our permanent members and other organisations.
Permanent Desk Membership
Permanent desk memberships include: access to the space 5 days/week, a dedicated sit/stand desk with ergonomic chair, 4 meeting room credits/month, use of all communal areas (tables, breakout spaces, phone booths) & mail service. The building will be designed for you to work in and for you to host external guests. It will also be used for events and meetings by our permanent members and other organisations.
Day Pass
We offer day passes at $40 p/day where you can work from a range of co workspace options: hot desk spaces, comfortable lounges and couch areas, or private phone booths for important calls/meetings.
Meeting Room A
Intimate meeting room listed at our external guest rates. We have a member discounted hourly rate if you would like to become a member here, please enquire. Equipment: 6 chairs, mounted TV, HDMI cables, powerpoints, A/C climate control. Accessible to upstairs kitchenette amenities (water + sparkling) and upstairs bathrooms.
Meeting Room B
Upstairs Boardroom space listed at external guest rate. Please enquire about becoming a member for member rate. Equipment: wall whiteboard, whiteboard markers, 10 ergonomic rolling chairs, mounted TV, HDMI cables, mic cable, A/C climate control, powerpoints. Accessible to upstairs kitchenette amenities (water & sparkling) and bathrooms.
Meeting Room D
Hourly rate listed at external guest rate, please enquire about becoming a member for member rates. Equipment: 4 chairs, A/C climate control, powerpoints. Accessible to plant skywalk and upstairs kitchenette amenities (water + sparkling) and bathrooms.
Meeting Room E
Listed at external guest rate. Please enquire about membership rates, if interested in becoming a member. Equipment: 8 chairs, mounted TV, x2 powerpoints, HDMI cable, whiteboard markers. Accessible to plant skywalk, upstairs kitchenette amenities (water + sparkling) and upstairs bathrooms.
Meeting Room F
Listed at external guest rate, please enquire about membership options for member rates. Equipment: couch, 2 armchairs, 2 sitting chairs, powerpoint, A/C climate control, mounted TV, HDMI cable. Accessible to plant skywalk, upstairs kitchenette amenities (water + sparkling) and upstairs bathrooms.
