Our share space is a warehouse fitted out with hundreds of plants creating a lush, green, peaceful office and work area. We' re located at 118 Fern Street, Islington. Our space is close to Beaumont street, but far enough away to have ample (free!) parking. We have a variety of spaces available, from a single desk to large areas with lockable storage, chat with us to see what we can do for you! We have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, fast wifi, storage options, a breakout lunch area, individual access codes for round the clock use, plus fresh herbs, always! Workshop spaces have lock-up storage closets and freedom to utilise how you wish. *Warehouse spaces are leased for a 6 month minimum Rent is deducted on a weekly basis and we use GoCardless so it is an automatic, fuss-free system. Single Desk Just need somewhere to break away from your day-to-day space, or sick of working from home? We have individual desks set up. These can be leased permanently. RATES: (please note all prices are excluding GST) Permanent Desk - $55/week** Desks have a cupboard, laptop stand, power board, desk and chair. **permanent desks are leased for a 3 month minimum Rent is deducted on a weekly basis and we use GoCardless so it is an automatic, fuss-free system.
