Positives: staff was nice and accommodating. Negatives: everything else. The room was very musty, the air vents had so much mold on them I'm worried we're all going to get sick! The hallway smells worse than the conference room -- and it seems the building's solution to this problem is put the cheapest glade plug-ins in outlets in the hallway. So it smells like urine soaked dampness with cheap flowers. The bathrooms aren't clean and there is no hot water -- and we're still in a pandemic! The internet speed is atrocious - we were getting 5Mbps down which is unacceptable for a meeting of 4 developers for a week. Will not be returning to that location when we need to meet again in the future.

The room was pretty musty and gave my clients some allergies. It is a rather old building/office. Not from the area so I was not aware that building was like that. Other than that staff was very nice and helpful.

The conference room is great and well lit. However, it's next to the elevator and the distraction and noise were unpleasant.
