When I entered the workforce it didn’t take long to realize most companies don’t encourage creativity. Instead they want their employees to operate within the boundaries of the corporate structure and social hierarchy on par with government entities. This sucks the lifeblood out of so many would be creative geniuses and budding entrepreneurs. I knew very quickly I would not be able to live my life to the fullest under this authoritarian culture. Destined to be a serial entrepreneur and obsessed with designing a life that would mix more joy and creativity into the mundane, I bring to you a culmination of years of ideas and dreams: The Social Lofts: Creative Workspaces or as I endearingly refer to it as “The SoLo”.
