121 West Trade
121 West Trade Street, Charlotte, NC 28202
- Unconfirmed Hours
Built in the 1990's, 121 West Trade is one of Charlotte's most meticulously maintained and true landmark projects. Its classical architecture, and elaborate limestone, granite, and marble exterior materials provide a visual contrast to the typical glass and steel buildings in Charlotte's Central Business District.
121 West Trade has an unbeatable location, being at the intersection of Trade and Tryon Streets. It provides good ingress and egress from south Charlotte--having a direct entry from Fourth Street and an exit onto Trade Street.
The location also allows for easy access to over 25 restaurants within two blocks, Bank of America and Wells Fargo banks and surrounding businesses, and terrific venues including Blumenthal Performing Arts Center, Booth Playhouse, and Spirit Square. Additionally, it is bank neutral--not being owned by either of Charlotte's two major banks--thus is an excellent choice for firms wanting to have both Bank of America and Wells Fargo as customers.
121 West Trade is a distinctive project that has contributed to the interest in Charlotte's architecture and will be a landmark for years to come.
