Our Response to Covid-19

Your health, safety, and comfort are our top priority. That’s why, in light of the dynamic and evolving COVID-19 situation, we are taking proactive measures to create a safe coworking environment. As we opened our workspace, we continue to follow the guidelines established by the State of New Jersey.

What we are doing

We’re following CDC guidelines to ensure all workspaces and common areas maintain the highest levels of cleanliness. We will continue to frequently disinfect all restrooms, kitchens, doorknobs, handles, appliances, countertops, and worktables several times throughout each workday. Hand sanitizer and soap and water, will also be available throughout. Some additional actions that we have implemented include, but are not limited to:

Installed a temperature sensor at entrance

Masks will be required to be worn in all public spaces

Sanitizing stations have been placed throughout the site

Created one way corridors

Installed Austin Air Purifiers with four stage filter, including Hepa filter (https://austinair.com/)

Substantially increased fresh air intake in the HVAC system

Signs and decals have been placed throughout the center focusing on self-screening, mask protocol, and other efforts

Staff will clean and sanitize “high touch” areas throughout the day

Furniture has been moved to comply with social distancing effort

Our team members will take temperature checks, when entering the office each day

Cleaning staff will enter your office weekends only to minimize contact

Any team member handling food items (coffee etc) will wear a mask and gloves

How you can help

All parties, including guests, will be expected to adhere to guidelines as directed by local, state, and national authorities. This includes, but is not limited to:

Wearing face coverings that go over both the nose and mouth

Ensuring you and your employees are performing a wellness self-screening at home and temperature check when entering the building

Washing or disinfecting hands upon entering and after any interaction with other individuals.

If you exhibit COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms such as respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath, or breathing difficulties, please err on the side of caution and do not enter the building. Reach out to a healthcare provider before returning to the building
