Extra space can be added by sliding multi slide doors to make more room for more seating and upgrade to EXTRA LARGE option. 8' Large White board and a 72" TV monitor with high speed WiFi access makes this an ideal space for employee training, company lunches, and board meetings. The space is equipped with high speed wifi, a filming studio, warehouse space and showroom for pop up e-commerce businesses.

Multi Use Warehouse Space
This is a unique space aka, Virtual Industrial Use Office. It is mainly used as a multi use warehouse facility for business shipping and receiving, temporary storage of inventory, light fulfillment use for e-commerce small businesses and other auxiliary space use (if available). ie., light film and photography studio use, and general temporary pop up event showroom use; i.e., yoga, meditation studio, workshops, retail etc. The space has 20' high ceilings with exposed beams and has a 16' commercial roll up door in the back. Permitted and studio filming is determined by scope of work and different hourly charges reflect for events. Warehouse use is based on size of shipments and daily, weekly or monthly storage durations (Call 805.777.8866 to check with management before signing up and clarifying space use). There is a Conference Room/Office space in front of warehouse for rent separately.
