Our board rooms have everything you need for a successful meeting, including 48” LED monitors, uncapped high-speed WiFi, Apple TV, flip chart boards, and whiteboards. Our friendly baristas will take your coffee orders, or set up the room prior to your arrival. Our team can serve cold refreshments, baked goods, grilled cheese sandwiches, and healthy snacks without prior notice. We also offer catering packages tailored to your needs, including finger-food, a la carte, and buffet options. Your guests will enjoy the inspiring atmosphere of our space, and your meetings are sure to be a success.

Filming Allowed ($)
You can rent our beautiful venue for your photo and video shoots. Please contact us to find out more about availability and rates.
Video Conference ($)
Please let us know if you'd like to book our video camera for your conference calls, and we'll let you know much it is.
Catering ($)
We can organise delicious catering for you - just let us know what you're looking for.
Parking ($)
There is ample free street parking. We have 4 parking bays on the property that can be rented for a fee by members (subject to availability).
Print/Scan/Copy ($)
Dedicated Desk members have a certain amount of free pages included in their membership. For everything above that amount, we charge a small fee per page.
Door w/Lock
This meeting room can be locked.
Room Set-up
Just let us know if you need a particular setup, and we'll try to make it happen for you.
TV/Monitor
All of our meeting rooms have large LED screens that can be connected to your laptop. We also have a video camera that can be rented.
Whiteboard
All of our meeting rooms have writable glass doors, whiteboards, and flip-charts. We also provide markers for you to use.
Window View
This meeting room has two walls with windows.
Bike Rack
We have convenient bike racks on our property.
Coffee/Tea
We provide free coffee and plungers, teas, and sugar.
Filtered Water
We have both filtered still water and filtered sparkling water on tap.
Hosted Reception
Our reception hours are 8:30-17:00. We welcome your visitors and receive packages for you.
Kitchen
Our kitchen is well-stocked with plates and cutlery and has a microwave, fridges, water kettle, toaster, filtered and sparkling water on tap. You can also store your personal food items in containers.
On-site Restaurant
Our coffee shop serves delicious coffees, hot and cold beverages, freshly baked goods, grilled cheese sandwiches, and a range of snacks, including organic and vegan options.
Shower
You're very welcome to use our shower.

Dear Members, Visitors, Neighbors and Friends,

 

As we slowly return to “normalcy” after the government mandated lockdown, we acknowledge that the world won’t be the same as before, at least for quite a while. 

 

Our first and foremost priority is making Craft+Graft a safe space during this Covid-19 pandemic. We have implemented important steps to safeguard everybody’s health and comply with the government mandated guidelines regarding hygiene and Covid-19 prevention measures. 

 

During Level 4, our office will be open to Essential Service Providers and Permitted Businesses. Access to the office will only be allowed after 9:00am to give our staff enough time to clean the place in the morning and take your temperature upon your arrival. Our coffee shop will stay closed until further notice.

+++Can I rent your space during the lockdown?

Office space and meeting rooms are available to businesses allowed to operate under the current lockdown level. We are also accepting bookings from other businesses that will only resume operations at a later level. We are currently offering attractive discounts to new members who sign up in May. Please contact us for more details.

 

+++Which services are you offering during lockdown?

During Level 4, we will be operating our office and meeting space. We also provide interior design consultations via video calls. Our coffee shop will resume operation in Level 3 once takeaway services are permitted. 

 

+++How are we preparing for your return?

- We have deep cleaned our space, and are sanitising it throughout the day, to ensure sanitisation and disinfection.

- We have rearranged our seating arrangements and common areas and placed markers to promote social distancing.

- We have secured PPT for all our staff, including masks and gloves.

- We are providing on-going training and education to our staff around hygiene measures and government regulations.

- We have distributed hand sanitiser across our space for members and staff to access easily.

- We have bought an infrared thermometer to take temperatures of anybody entering the office.

- You can find soap, hand sanitizer, paper towel dispensers, and closed bins in all bathrooms and the kitchen.

- We will provide tissues for everybody to use. 

- We have hung up hygiene posters in our space and information about hand hygiene.

- We will clean all surfaces and meeting equipment (pens, remotes, etc) after each booking.

- We will ventilate the space regularly throughout the day.

 

+++What do I need to consider if I want to use your office?

- Please wear a mask on your way to and from the office.

- Make sure there are only 2 other people with you in private vehicles or 70% capacity in taxis.

- Only come to the office after 9:00 to allow our staff to take your temperature and clean prior. 

- Wait for our staff to take your temperature at the entrance before you proceed further.

- Use the sanitizer we provide to clean your hands upon entering the office and before/after touching anything.

- Sit at least 1.5 meters away from other members - we will be happy to show you which desks are available.

- Sanitize your hands before and after you touch your face, cough, or sneeze.

- Put your dirty dishes in the plastic containers - do not wash them by hand.

- Continue to practice social distancing and a “no touch policy” -  keep 1.5 meters distance.

- Don’t come in if you are sick or have been exposed to someone with the virus recently.

- Inform our management team immediately if you start showing symptoms of Covid-19.
