Our Annex is a rustic building with wood floors and cozy lighting. For meeting space we have two enclosed meeting rooms each with a conference table, executive chairs, 40" HDTV with HDMI, Mac Mini, & remotes. Our cafe offers a full catering menu. As we are a restaurant, we have a strict policy against any outside food or beverage.
Coffee, Ice Tea, Juice, and many beverages are available as well. Simply email MANAGER@CAFEVENTANA.COM so this service may be provided for you. There is a fee associated with the beverage service and for refills of such as well.
Please specify the level of privacy your group needs so we do not disturb you if necessary.
We respectfully request that no furniture be moved to prevent damages as our pieces are antique.
Children must be under adult supervision at all times.

Although there were a few hiccups before I was able to start, the staff made sure that my colleges and I were well taken care of!
Very reasonable rate for renting the meeting room (my group of 11 fit nicely in the Think Tank 1 room, so the stated 12 person capacity is accurate). It was nice to get away from the office for a group discussion. The attached restaurant has great food and the menu features something for everyone. I highly recommend booking the Annex for a business meeting, or something similar. I'll be back to the café for lunch for sure!
Great space for small groups at a terrific rate. Also, the management and staff were very helpful and accommodating.
