The private office space that is suitable for 3-4 desk with biometric entrance. Limit of 6 employees and includes locked personal filing cabinet and furniture. You will have access to the common area along with all amenities including fueling service for your vehicle.

Beautiful, vibrant, boutique space over looking the NRG Park Area. Our space would be perfect for anyone hosting a small birthday party, cooperate event, baby shower, seminars, conferences and much more. We have a licensed on site bartending company we also work with so if alcohol is needed we can provide you a company to use.

Rental use for our common area with 13 foot ceilings and natural lighting for your photography studio needs. We have a full kitchen with coffee, sparkling water, and microwave/oven for you and your photography clients to take a break in between sessions. Lighting and equipment is available for rent per request.
All clients are requried to wear mask in our venue while touring and during events unless you are eating or drinking. Our staff are fully vacinated however we will continue to enforce them to always have poper face coverings for our members safety. We clean after every event with medical grade cleaners along with AI HEPA filter technology to identify contaminates. Additionally, we require temperature testing before entering in the premises along with Covid safety waivers.
