Their are plenty of restaurants nearby, and Barnes & Noble is down the street if need to buy a business/finance book. If you just happen to bank at BBVA Compass it is across the street, and a Prosperity Bank is located on the 1st floor. Their is also a Fed-Ex Delivery drop off box conveniently located right outside of the building which is great if you ship letters and packages. Message me for further details about if this office desk setup will work for you or not. This setup could be great for a small business owner who is a real estate appraiser, attorney, financial advisor, insurance, etc.
