JFK Building

The JFK Building is located on the north side of Houston near Beltway 8 and JFK, very close to IAH airport. We are right on JFK, just south of the Aldine Bender intersection. Our building was fully renovated and modernized in 2018 to include many first-class amenities such as LED lighting throughout, fresh carpet, polished and stained concrete common area floors, fully remodeled restrooms, and many more. The building's owners operate a business which occupies the 1st floor south wing and the entire warehouse portion of the building. That leaves the 1st floor north wing and the whole 2nd floor available for short-term leases and co-working office space. The 1st floor north wing consists of private offices, office suites, 2 conference rooms, a lobby with attached waiting room, a 32-person training room, and shared access to the kitchen/break room and restrooms. The 2nd floor also has a north and south wing, each with their own unique features and layout for a total of about 18,000 square feet. There is a gym on the 2nd floor available to tenants for a minimal fee.
