Duo Works is a professional coworking, office and meeting space for the professional small business and entrepreneur. Our mission is to provide a collaborative and creative environment to work, build, grow and create. Our offices are located in North Austin at the intersection of Highway 1 and 183. We're near the intersection of 183 and Mopac. Just down the street from the Arboretum.
Americano Training Room
The Americano Room features atrium views with floor to ceiling windows filling the space with a calming light. The room includes a mini kitchen complete with sink and granite countertops. Americano Room guests have access to a wall-mounted television, traditional projector, and whiteboard.

Duo Works Full Time Members enjoy the benefits and amenities of our coworking space during regular business hours of 8:30-6:00 PM Monday-Friday. Ideal for professionals looking to benefit from a dedicated workspace and North Central Austin address. Executive members receive 4 hours of conference room meeting space. Executive Members may schedule events after hours and on weekends, but is subject to availability and additional fees. Approved members have access to conference room, meeting areas, amenities, and lounge for the duration of membership.

Duo Works Full Time Desk Members enjoy the benefits and amenities of our coworking space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Full-Time Desk Members have their own dedicated desk space. This is a month to month membership that is subject to availability. Ideal for professionals looking to benefit from a dedicated workspace and North Austin address. Executive members receive 4 hours of conference room meeting space. Executive Members may also schedule events after hours and on weekends but is subject to availability and additional fees. Approved members have access to conference room, meeting areas, amenities, and lounge for duration of membership.

This office is 210 square feet and is located on the north side of our coworking space. Shaded by mature trees outside, the floor to ceiling windows offer a calming natural light with a lovely view to the outdoor picnic area. The office seats 3-5 team members comfortably, and includes a whiteboard. Furniture can be added at an additional charge. Includes 24/7 access, mail service, beverage service and additional meeting room credits.
Part-Time Coworking - Professional/Quiet
Duo Works Part Time Members can access benefits and amenities of our coworking space up to 6 days a month during normal coworking hours. Part Time Members receive 10% off meeting rooms.
Private Office for 8-10 people + lounge
This office is actually two offices in one. It’s 502 square feet and features a front office that could be used as a reception area and a second office attached. With these two spaces, the offices fit 8-10 team members, offers great lighting, floor to ceiling windows and a custom bookshelf for storage. Furniture is available at an additional fee. Includes 24/7 access, mail service, beverage service and additional meeting room credits. The lounge is a comfortable retreat complete with seating for 12 and two desks that also double as a long office table for meetings. This office is 315 square feet and features floor to ceiling bookshelves. Includes a whiteboard for ideating.
Americano Training Room - Theatre 65 ppl
The Americano Room features atrium views with floor to ceiling windows filling the space with a calming light. The room includes a mini kitchen complete with sink and granite countertops. Americano Room guests have access to a wall-mounted television, traditional projector, and whiteboard. A rollaway TV with video conferencing can be made available upon request and based on availability. Tables and chairs can be configured to suit your event. This room has a capacity for up to 60 people in rows and up to 28 with a boardroom style configuration or classroom seating. Please note that setup is not included. All furniture is included in the room. Additional setup and after hours fees may apply. We also have a snack cart and a hot beverage service for meetings and events. We do not have any food or catering restrictions. *PLEASE NOTE*: Duo Work's business hours are M-F 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Café Grande Room - Great Large Space!
The Café Grande room is the main co-working space. This space features modular seating including tables, chairs, and couches. Whiteboards and a projector for presentations are included at no additional charge. This grand meeting space is ideal for evening presentations, networking events, and meetups, and can be booked in 2-hour at a minimum during regular business hours. The Café Grande meeting space seats up to 75 and 125 standing for networking events. Please note that setup is not included. All furniture is included in the room. Additional set-up and after hours fees including weekends and after 6:00 PM weekdays may apply. PLEASE NOTE: Duo Work's business hours are M-F 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. This meeting room or office boasts 270 square feet and seats up to 6-8 team members comfortably. Perfect for an off-site or a small company training. The office has white boards. Podcasting /Video Room
Access our podcast and video room to record videos or podcasts. This room is perfect to host webinars and podcasts in a secure and quiet space. Includes access to lighting, podcast mics, various backdrop colors, and other equipment. PLEASE NOTE: Duo Work's business hours are M-F 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Any bookings outside of this timeframe will be charged an after-hours fee of $50 plus + $35/hr with a minimum of 2 hours.
