Our mission is to provide a collaborative and creative environment to work, build, grow and create. Our offices are located in North Austin at the intersection of Highway 1 and 183. We're near the intersection of 183 and Mopac. Just down the street from the Arboretum.
Office 19-lovely office w/natural light
This office is 218 square feet and holds 4-6 team members. Whiteboard is included. Great views and natural light in a great space to spread out. Furniture can be added at an additional charge. Includes 24/7 access, mail service, free ample parking, beverage service and additional meeting room credits.
Full-Time Coworking - N Central location
Duo Works Full Time Members enjoy the benefits and amenities of our coworking space during regular business hours of 8:30-6:00 PM Monday-Friday. Ideal for professionals looking to benefit from a dedicated workspace and North Central Austin address. Executive members receive 4 hours of conference room meeting space. Executive Members may schedule events after hours and on weekends, but is subject to availability and additional fees. This is a month to month membership that is subject to availability. Ideal for professionals looking to benefit from a dedicated workspace and North Austin address. Part-Time Coworking - Professional/Quiet
Duo Works Part Time Members can access benefits and amenities of our coworking space up to 6 days a month during normal coworking hours. Part Time Members receive 10% off meeting rooms.
Café Grande Room - Great Large Space!
The Café Grande room is the main co-working space. This space features modular seating including tables, chairs, and couches. Whiteboards and a projector for presentations are included at no additional charge. This grand meeting space is ideal for evening presentations, networking events, and meetups, and can be booked in 2-hour at a minimum during regular business hours. The Café Grande meeting space seats up to 75 and 125 standing for networking events. Please note that setup is not included. All furniture is included in the room. Additional set-up and after hours fees including weekends and after 6:00 PM weekdays may apply. PLEASE NOTE: Duo Work's business hours are M-F 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Registered members of the Duo Works community can purchase daily passes that allow them access to Duo Works facilities during business hours of 8:30-6:00 PM Monday-Friday, extensive amenities, and excludes conference room scheduling. Includes access to fiber internet, beverage service, free parking, and a quiet and professional environment to work. PLEASE NOTE: Duo Work's business hours are M-F 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Espresso Training Room - Book Now!
The Espresso room features wooded exterior views with floor to ceiling windows. The room includes a rollaway TV with video conferencing and whiteboards for capturing meeting notes. This room seats up to 16 people boardroom style or 20 in classroom seating. Additional set-up and after hours fees may apply outside of regular office hours of M-F 8:30 AM-6:00 PM. Frappe Office - Perfect offsite room
This interior meeting room or office boasts 270 square feet and seats up to 6-8 team members comfortably. Perfect for an off-site or a small company training. The office has white boards. This interior office boasts 180 square feet and seats up to 4 team members comfortably. The office is newly remodeled with fresh carpet. PLEASE NOTE: Duo Work's business hours are M-F 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Any bookings outside of this timeframe will be charged an after-hours fee of $50 plus + $45/hr with a minimum of 2 hours. We are charged this by our property manager to keep the heating/cooling and elevators operating.
Mocha Room
The Mocha conference room is 108 square feet and accommodates 2-3 people. It features a round table, four rolling chairs, a large whiteboard, and outlets. PLEASE NOTE: Duo Work's business hours are M-F 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Any bookings outside of this timeframe will be charged an after-hours fee of $50 plus + $45/hr with a minimum of 2 hours. Cafe 'Ole Room - Team office
