Modern 10 Person conference room with multimedia capabilities including 5Ghz wifi, large TV with HDMI access. Beverage/coffee station, waiting area and bathroom located just outside the enclosed room. This is a downtown office within walking distance to several restaurants; such as The Grove, Shoal Creek Saloon, Soup Peddler and Fresca's. Whole Foods and the Travis County Courthouse are also within a 8 minute walk. On site parking spaces (no additional cost) are LIMITED - 5-7 spaces daily estimated. Once taken, street parking (metered) is available.

While at your desk or in your enclosed space, we are alright if you remove your mask, however while in common spaces or around others where you're unable to maintain six feet distance we ask that you wear your mask out of respect for others. 

 

We sanitize before and after each booking, so you can ensure your space is clean and ready for you.

 

After your reservation we ask that you take any items you brought with you and ensure trash is put in the bins provided. Cleaning fees may apply if the space is left in disarray.
