Large Meeting or Training Room
Located in a dedicated training facility, the large meeting room was recently remodeled. This room seats 30, but we are limiting it to 15 during this time. It has the latest AV technology plus dedicated, secure 100 Mbps WiFi. Our well-designed and flexible space is perfect for training sessions or meetings. Can be set up in classroom, pod or U-shape and has large exterior windows. Every detail is taken care of by our onsite team with over 27 years experience. Can be rented by the hour **(2 hr minimum)**, half day, full day as well as multiple days or weeks.

Located on the first floor in a Class A office building with ample free parking, it is centrally located and only 15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and airport. Our onsite management team has provided training space for over 27 years. We make renting a meeting room both simple and easy. All technology you need is included. We are there from start to finish. Some evenings and weekends can be made available upon request.

At ContactPointe your health and safety is our top priority. Therefore, as we follow the quickly developing environment around Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are implementing new policies to help us prevent the spread of the virus and limit the impact on our community.

 

Following recommendations from the  Centers for Disease Control (CDC) we have implemented the following enhanced health and safety policies. 

 

Cleaning:

 

We have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures.

 

Offering additional cleaning and disinfecting services to our customers within their work areas.  

 

Instituting protocols to quickly respond to any reported issues.

 

Providing hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes for customers and guests use.

 

Hygiene:

 

Wash your hands frequently and properly

 

Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and use hand sanitizer regularly

 

Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues.

 

Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards.

 

Social Distancing & Masking

 

Our employees are observing social distancing protocols and will be wearing masks when in any of the common areas (until further directed otherwise).  We encourage customers and guests to observe the same guidelines set forth by the CDC, Allegheny County and Pennsylvania governments. 

 

 

 

If You Are Sick

 

For the safety of our coworkers and community, we are asking customers who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home.

 

Please! Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong. We ask you to check with your healthcare provider. Please do not plan to return to work until you have been cleared and are no longer sick.
