Located on a safe, quiet residential block in the East Falls neighborhood of Philadelphia, the building offers an eclectic and inspiring backdrop for tenants. The Septa Norristown Manayunk East Falls train station that goes to Center City is a 0.3 mile walk. Fiorinos is an authentic italian restaurant right across the street. Coffee and tea are provided everyday as well as high speed internet, private conference room, large meeting space, all utilities, 24-hour access. Movie star and princess of Monaco Grace Kellys family's home is located a couple blocks up the street.

In the wake of shutdowns due to Covid-19, 3580 IQL is taking every precaution to ensure that our tenants and visitors can conduct their work safely. We have hand sanitizing stations throughout the common area and bathrooms. Strict social distancing rules are ensured throughout the office space and surfaces are wiped down after every usage. We are confident that together we can overcome this great obstacle.
