Our conference rooms are $35 per hour, and include endless coffee, snacks, a receptionist to welcome guests, a full A/V system for video conferencing or screen sharing, a whiteboard wall, and seating for up to 10 guests. We can also work with caterers or help facilitate food deliveries and bring them to your conference room for you.

Our newly renovated co-working space has many options available to fit all budgets. All memberships include downtown parking, utilities, WiFi, 24-7 key fob access, printing, mailing, conference room usage, coffee, beer, snacks, and 5,000 square feet of common areas for meetings or lounging.
Dedicated Desks
Our dedicated desks are furnished with a desk, chair, and lockable set of drawers. They are yours and yours only - meaning that no one else will use your desk. Our dedicated desk memberships include over 6,000 square feet of common area spaces, like four small meeting rooms, phone booths, two conference rooms, three kitchens, printing stations, bathrooms, lounge areas, and open workstations. Our dedicated desk memberships include quite a few amenities, such as: free downtown parking, 24-7 key-fob access, all utilities paid, high-speed Fiber internet, free printing using our printers, mailing services, office supplies, shredding, a receptionist to greet guests, free conference room usage, coffee, beer, and snacks.

Our Event Arena is one of two spaces that can be combined to create over 3,300 square feet of usable space. The Event Arena by itself is 2,500 sq. ft. and includes: Kitchenette (refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, and ice maker) Bartop seating for 8 Coffee & tea set up Two (2) TVs with full A/V access Ideal for events of 50 or more guests, or which take place after business hours. If you are looking to host your event during normal business hours, contact us for a discount!
Drop-In Desk
Our open-style desks are drop-in style, allowing for maximum flexibility. They include endless coffee, printing, lockers, a receptionist on-site, a kitchen, and 4,000 square feet of lounge areas, desks, outlets, and private phone booths.
