The Spur is built by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. Our mission is to bring together the creatives, innovators, and entrepreneurs across The Hamptons. By providing a central hub for us to work (and play), we will provide all the essential resources to help you grow your ideas and businesses.
Our Water Mill Village location contains all the amenities our members expect, including:

Closed off conference room with a large table that seats eight to ten people comfortably. This room can be rearranged to hold about twenty people. This room has a large flatscreen smart TV that can be moved around, has ApplePlay, and other ways to connect. You may utilize our conference call accessories and/or a white board on wheeled stand.
The main room is home to many different nooks and crannies that you may choose to set up camp. From couches to countertops, you'll have the option of mingling with other members or finding yourself more focused in a quieter place. Our back office space provides a bit more privacy with single desk spaces. Although these are typically rented by members monthly, you may take advantage of any vacancies.
We have a great program to ensure that everyone is safe in regards to COVID when they come into our building. We do this with an app called Cleared4Work (www.cleared4work.com) that each of our employees and guests complete when they arrive. It is a quick 15 question survey regarding COVID symptoms. They can then simply hit one button saying "NO" their symptoms have not changed upon arriving each day subsequently. We also quickly take their temperature with an infrared thermometer and upload this for documentation of their health to the app. This ensures every member and guest is healthy and let's them know their families are safe, too!
