This large, corner, renovated office has great natural lighting and is a flexible space. We can furnish to accommodate a variety of needs including meeting room with video-conferencing, team offices, closings, therapy office, etc. We are located, 50 feet from the Port Washington LIRR station (35 minute direct train ride to/from Penn Station) and Starbucks as well as various restaurants and a US Post Office. WIFI, water, coffee/tea, 24/7 access with metered parking available as well as the option for off the street lot parking for a small fee. Longer term rental options are available, please inquire about details. Additional small private office available.
