The Studio Guild Workspaces - Nomad, NYC
18 West 27th Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10001
The Studio Guild is a collaborative office space for creatives and change-makers in New York City. Founded in 2004, we are NYC’s oldest creative, collaborative workspace for progressive businesses and organizations. The Guild is committed to sustainability and has been energized entirely by wind power since 2008.
There are two conference rooms and a shared kitchen, available to all tenants. We have 24 / 7 access to the building. In 2004, when we moved to the neighborhood now known as NoMad, it wasn’t pretty. Now the neighborhood is a hive of activity, with great lunch spots and stunning outdoor spaces nearby.
Our tenants — architects, designers, filmmakers, creatives, technologists, and social change makers — occupy three floors of a sunny, classic New York creative loft building. Most of us are freelancers or small organizations who need an inexpensive, productive place to work, without being in a generic co-working space. We’re hardworking but friendly, we share ideas, resources and referrals.
