The venue was in a basement with no windows - and it didn't say this anywhere. The folks participating said this was quite disappointing. Also, although it was uncommon circumstances because the sales manager I was originally in touch with left the hotel in the middle of managing our booking - I didn't actually receive confirmation for the event and catering until two hours before the event. This was quite stressful.
