I would recommend trying to get someone you trust locally to visit any space you book before you need to use it to get an idea of what to expect; we were surprised on a few levels and it got our meeting off to a shaky start.

I had a great experience renting this space. We had a professional networking event here and since I have never used the space before I was a little nervous. The room was great - clean, professional and the AV worked flawlessly. The venue recommended a caterer, Elite Catering, which was excellent. Nadine and the girl at the front desk were very helpful. I'm an event planner, so I've had my fair share of stress with venues. I would highly recommend this space to anyone.

Do not rent this space! The most unprofessional venue management, specifically the general manager, Zach. The venue apparently double booked the space and I am outraged at the way they handled their mistake and the experience we had. We had the space booked until 7pm and we were treated as if we had broke in and occupied the space. At 5:30pm, I was rudely told by the venue receptionist, Jacky, that we had to leave at 6pm. How did this happen? We confirmed on 3-4 separate occasions that we had this room booked until 7pm. We would have NEVER booked at this venue had I known the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness we would have experienced, specifically from a receptionist and a general manager. Zach entered the room on EIGHT separate occasions to interrupt our event and confront me openly in front of my event attendees, which included some of the leading venture capitalist, angel investors, entrepreneurs and law firms. Multiple people witnessed the rude and abrasive confrontations by Zach, the general manager. I was even threatened by him that he was going to call security if we didn't leave by 6:30. They even allowed the guest who had the room booked at the same time to come in and confront me three times and the venue allowed others to start coming in and taking chairs during our event networking session. The venue has yet to take any responsibility for double booking the room and after almost one week, we have yet to receive an apology.
