Very tiny space. It's a storage closet with some chairs and a table. Won't be using it again.

The building and the space were quite shabby - only one of 2 elevators was working; the door to our meeting room was broken and had to be kept closed by propping a chair against it. I have used spaces from competitors that cost less and were much better.
