Chelsea Area - Creative Production/Post Production company with a 8,000 square foot creative bubble in the heart of Chelsea (22nd & 6th) has the following space available for a temporary new tenant (sublease length flexible): - 1 large private office (with not one but 2 windows) 2 desks - up to 6 dedicated shared desk seats in our main room which has tons of natural light as well And since we play well with others, we will share our conference room, kitchen, and receptionist with the new tenant as well. Elevator opens to an inviting reception area where our receptionist will also greet your clients/guests. We have a large, eat-in, working kitchen with fresh coffee & snacks.
