Very bright modern second floor space with hardwood floors and unobstructed views from full wall windows. It is 625 square feet, with marble tables and wooden chairs sitting 40 people. The space can be used for corporate events, presentations, lectures, classes or workshops, for social occasions like baby showers, anniversaries, children’s birthday parties, dinner parties and small wedding receptions. Steinway and Sons baby grand piano enables the venue to be used as a piano studio, musical rehearsal space, or even a small private concert hall. **Tea and coffee machines are available, outside catering is possible. **The kitchen is available for cooking for an additional charge of $50 per hour. **We have 2 hour minimum for weekday events and events that don't involve food. **And 3 hour minimum for weekend events and events that involve food. Please note that pets are not allowed in this venue. Additional Amenities: - 3 Table - 72/30 - 1 Table - 24/48 - 10 Table - 24/30 - 50 Chairs - 4 Benches

Very bright modern second floor space with hardwood floors and unobstructed views from full wall windows. It is 625 square feet, with marble tables and wooden chairs sitting 50 people. The space can be used for corporate events, presentations, lectures, classes or workshops, for social occasions like baby showers, anniversaries, children’s birthday parties, dinner parties and small wedding receptions. Steinway and Sons baby grand piano enables the venue to be used as a piano studio, musical rehearsal space, or even a small private concert hall. Tea and coffee machines are available, outside catering is possible.

Cafe Victoria is a bright and modern second floor space that can be easily organized into an office, with hardwood floors and charming unobstructed views of the street and neighborhood garden from full-wall windows. Cafe Victoria is 625 square feet, with marble tables and Viennese chairs, seating up to 50 people. The space can be used as a team office and for corporate events, presentations, lectures, classes or workshops. Our Steinway & Sons baby grand piano enables the venue to be used as a piano studio, musical rehearsal space, or even a small private concert hall. 2 Coffee machines and a kettle are included in the space. Access to additional work spaces and a kitchen with all appliances. Please note that pets are not allowed in this venue. Meeting Lounge
The space is 600 square feet, suitable for private gatherings of up to 50 people. A little candle lit rustic cafe with customized details and exposed reclaimed brick walls, featuring 5 million year old fossils, with marble tables and wooden chairs opening up to a larger area with early 20th century county parlor furniture set and a beautiful church for services only. The space is multifunctional and can be used for social gatherings lectures and meetings alike. A coffee machine is available in-house, outside catering is possible. The kitchen is available for cooking for an additional charge of $50 per hour. Please note that pets are not allowed in this venue.
Team Office
The classroom/meeting room can be used as a conference room for meetings, classes, workshops or chef masterclasses. This space is 300 square feet and includes a fully-functional kitchen and a table that will seat 6 people. It has been rented multiple times as a small school or camp. Please note that pets are not allowed in this venue.

We also have children's set up with little tables and chairs which allows the space to be used for children's classes and workshops. Please note that pets are not allowed in this venue.
