Industry City is comprised of 16 turn-of-the-century buildings on the Brooklyn waterfront overlooking the Statue of Liberty and Downtown Manhattan. Industry City has undergone a $450 million redevelopment, positioning Industry City as New York City’s newest hub for creative companies spanning media, design, technology, nonprofit, fashion, food, art, and tech. Amenities include: • 16-building campus across 35 acres; Office, industrial, media/production, and retail uses are all represented on-site. • Secure on-site parking; Five Citi-Bike stations and outdoor bike racks. • Wiredscore Certified campus with dark fiber and access to 30+ internet service providers. • Three landscaped, furnished courtyards with rotating art installations; Event and conference venues, pop-up shops, flea markets, and lunch-and-learns. • 40+ on-site restaurants and retailers; Tenant-exclusive app offering campus-wide discounts, promotions, and updates. Cleaning in the common areas, including innovation alley and public restrooms, has been increased and follow the CDC’s guidelines and recommended cleaning products. Hourly cleaning is focused on high touch point items like door handles, interior elevator railings and call buttons, common area fixtures and garbage cans. Shared bathrooms have additional cleaning rotations in the morning and afternoon and at the end of each day a final sanitizing misting is completed.




Ground floor restrooms have been retrofitted with touchless faucets, flushometers and soap dispensers.



Touchless call buttons have been installed on the ground floor for all passenger elevators. Interior buttons are covered with nano silver antibacterial film.


Hand Sanitizer Stations

Have been installed at all entrances and common areas across campus.





Food vendors will return with limited operating hours and on specific days during Phase 1. Order ahead food service is available on the IC Tenant App to minimize queueing and touch points. We are also exploring ways to add exterior courtyard windows to allow for pick-up/ takeaway.


Sahadi’s, Japan Village, Ends Meat, Moore Brothers and Kuraichi are open for delivery and takeaway.

IC General Store

IC General Store now carries masks, gloves and hand sanitizer.

Shared Common Areas

The Landing, creative workshop conference rooms and the IC Athletic Club will remain closed until further notice.

All moveable seating in common areas has been removed to reduce touch points to ensure our ability to maintain social distancing protocols.
