Located just off the elevator for easy guest access, our large meeting room (550 sq ft) boasts exposed brick and colorful walls and natural light. Perfect for workshops, group meetings, and select events, it can accommodate 15 or so people (depending on the setup). All tables are on wheels and can be configured as needed. Comes complete with a whiteboard and 55" TV/monitor. Available for non-members with a 2-hour minimum and at least 24 hours notice. If you want to book multiple days (discounts available) or with less than 24 hours notice, please contact us. SPACE ACCESS: We'll provide an access link to the secured elevator, so when booking please give us cell numbers of those attending. Entrance is in the alley off of Broadway.

Inspired by the coworking and localism movements, BEAHIVE is a pioneering space for work and community and possibilities — the first and only of our kind in the Hudson Valley, one of only a handful in all of NY, and one of probably only a few hundred in the world when we opened. BEAHIVE is a place where entrepreneurs, creatives and techies mix with nonprofit leaders, activists and community organizers. At the most basic level, we provide a member-powered, creative workspace for entrepreneurs, freelancers, remote workers, consultants, and microbusinesses. But we’re more than that. Since 2009 we’ve engaged thousands of denizens and dozens of community groups and nonprofits through membership, events and programs.
Day Pass
If you’re just passing through and need a place to work for a day or two, you’re welcome to buy a Day Pass and get access to shared spaces by arrangement.
