Common areas include meeting rooms, kitchen/pantry, reception area, patio, and atrium. Our conference room also is outfitted with video conferencing equipment. The cost is highly competitive with flexible terms and all-inclusive - don't pay extra for phone, internet, utilities, cleaning, waste disposal, and meeting rooms. Offices are primarily $500-700 a month depending on size, and desks are $150-200 a month. The building is located in a spacious, beautiful, and quiet suburban part of Princeton, NJ. It's a great place to bring clients and host meetings! It's very close to Route 206, not far from Route 1, has plenty of parking, and is accessible via public transit. There are multiple shopping centers with a variety of stores and restaurants in the area. The other building at this location (bldg A) is occupied by a law firm and healthcare company.
