Intimate and beautiful, The Loading Dock’s Prince Hall location is a coworking space designed to honor the legacy of numerous African-American leaders who lived and grew their businesses in the historic Prince Hall district. Once a bustling neighborhood for thriving African-American businesses, we are proud to bring together a new group of entrepreneurs in Southeast Raleigh and inspire the next generation of leaders to participate in entrepreneurialism. This campus is strategically located a few blocks south and east of downtown, which gives members access to all that Downtown Raleigh has to offer. Prince Hall is located in close proximity to Shaw, St. Augustine’s and Peace Universities, Chavis Park, Transfer Co. Food Hall, The Pathways Center, Historic City Market, Lincoln Theatre and Moore Square Park.
