The Workshop was founded in 2018. Located on the second floor of an old tobacco factory, The Workshop is a collection of creative office and studio spaces. Our mission is to be a creative haven for independent-minded artists and entrepreneurs. The Workshop fosters limitless creative thinking through its industrial-retro decor and chill vibe. We offer 6 and 12-month private office space and studio space leases. 1-person offices up to 4-person offices and studios large enough for group photography. We disinfect the tables and chairs in the common areas regularly and there are disinfectant spray bottles out in the common areas for our members to use if they want to disinfect a space before using.
