Conference rooms are boring. Host your next networking meeting or sales presentation at The Duplex on 34th. This charming home was built in 1900 and has spacious living areas perfect for small gatherings. Pocket doors divide the living room and dining room allowing for two unique spaces to meet. There is a full kitchen and we are happy to arrange catering for your event if needed. Located just 5 miles away from MSP Airport this space is centrally located and easily accessible from any Minneapolis or St. Paul office or hotel. It's also located right on a Metro Transit bus line. The rental fee includes an onsite manager to assist as needed.
