At The Reserve we care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our entire Community of members, staff and guests. Following the CDC, MDH, and local government guidelines, we are committed to offering all a safe place to work. We are here for you, our community and are committed to helping businesses and professionals thrive.
One of the pillars to safely returning to our space is health screening all who enter. We require everyone to register or check-in, be screened with a touchless thermometer to ensure their temperature is below the 100.4 degree guideline, answer the COVID health screening questions before they are allowed to proceed into the common space of the building. Anyone not passing this health screening or showing signs of illness will be refused entry.
PUBLIC & GUEST REGISTRATION
Being thoughtful to all who enter our workspaces, we will require everyone to sign-in at the front desk, answer the COVID health screening questions and have your temperature taken with a touchless thermometer. All will be asked to use hand sanitizer or wash your hands. Per the CDC, these actions will bring an added layer of safety for our members, staff and the public.
During this time, our daily cleaning measures have been heightened and will continue as such. Our diligent focus is on frequently touched surfaces like doors, handles, bathrooms and appliances. These common areas are sanitized multiple times throughout the business day with CDC approved products.
The health and safety of our community depends on all of us doing our part. Sanitizing spray is placed throughout the space to self-clean surfaces that you may or have touched. Meeting Rooms and all items within are sanitized after each use and products available for self-cleaning too. Individual coworking stations are cleaned daily and users may also disinfect to their level of comfort.
Hand sanitizer is available throughout the space.
Following the CDC’s guidelines on social distancing, we have made the following accommodations:
To ensure a healthy, safe space for Members and staff we have implemented a capacity protocol throughout each entire space, which will be enforced.
Upon approaching our building entrances, the capacity of our vestibules is limited to one person (unrelated) or one party of no more than two, if related.
Our coworking workstations all have 20” partitions on two or three sides. For more open coworking spaces we indicated which spaces (six feet or more apart) are open and allow for you to work safely in your designated spot.
Seating at booths and lounge chairs are reduced to one person to ensure healthy distancing measures.
We have added social distancing 6 ft. markers throughout the space to act as a reminder and cue in common spaces such as the business center and kitchen.
We have reduced the capacity of our meeting rooms to accommodate social distancing guidelines.
Where possible, we have moved to touchless or low-touch interactions. We stock single-use products versus shared products in the kitchen and bathroom areas.
