Peloton Reopening Guidelines June 2020
Entering the Space
Please sanitize your hands upon entering. Sanitizer provided
Wear masks in common areas. Extra masks provided.
Working in Common Areas:
Please spray and wipe down your workspace before and after; spray and paper towels provided
We encourage you to open windows while working, and ensure they are closed after.
You do not have to wear a mask at your desk.
Maintain minimum 6’ social distance from other members.
Working in Private Offices:
Please open your windows and close and latch after
You do not have to wear a mask.
Sanitizer is provided by door.
You can prop the door open with the chain, but make sure it’s latched when you leave.
Masks are not required on the back deck if there is only one person, or if agreed upon by two or more people.
Bramhall Room: Max occupancy 4 people, masks or open windows required due to air intake valve; open windows if more than one person.
Bathrooms: Wash hands with soap, wipe down faucet handles, and use sanitizer outside when done. Sanitizer provided.
Prep your food at home.
Bring your own cup, utensils, beverage accessories, and keep with you at your desk.
One person in the kitchen at a time.
Wash or sanitize your hands upon entering and leaving the kitchen.
Unless it needs refrigeration, please keep any personal food with you at your desk.
Printer and other equipment: wash or sanitize hands before and after use
If you do not feel well: Stay home.
If you have been in Peloton in the last week AND have tested positive for Covid -19 OR have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive:
Please notify us, so we can notify members - your name will be kept anonymous.
Please do not return until you’ve been symptom free for seven days.
If a member was in the space when suspected to be contagious, we will close for 7 days and deep clean the space.
