How Tours Work
Private Office - Small
This is a small private office (7.6 x 9.10) with a locked door and no window. It offers a desk/chair, phone, side chair and trash can. Trash cans must be emptied daily by the occupant. The occupant also has access to use the shared spaces of the kitchen and conference room. The kitchen that has a microwave, refrigerator and tea kettle for making hot drinks such as tea or coffee. The conference room holds the printer and whiteboard and easel that are available for shared use.
Semi-Private Office - Small
This semi-private office (9 x 13) has a dedicated desk/chair, side chair, phone and is the closest to the entry way that leads to the hall. Directly across from the desk is a table that has a shredder, hole punch, stapler, book binder and paper slicer that is available for shared use. Please note there are no windows in this space. The occupant also has access to use the shared spaces of the kitchen and conference room. The kitchen that has a microwave, refrigerator and tea kettle for making hot drinks such as tea or coffee. The conference room holds the printer and whiteboard and easel that are available for shared use. Please note that this space does not have an additional door for total privacy and others may pass through to exit to the hall for access to the restrooms.

This is a conference room space that can be used as a team office. It has 4 large windows that provide natural light. There are 2 doors that you can use to access the space. The room has a whiteboard and presentation easel.

To our valued customers and guests:

 

Your health and safety are our top priority. Therefore, as we follow the quickly developing environment around Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are implementing new policies to help us prevent the spread of the virus and limit the impact on our community. Thank you for reading this and supporting our efforts!  

 

Following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) we are implementing the following enhanced health and safety policies. 

 

Cleaning

We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our locations to protect our employees, customers, and guests. These include: 

Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant. 

Providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes. 

Asking our customers and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used. 

 

Hygiene

Please follow these important guidelines about hygiene:

Wash your hands frequently and properly. A guide can be found here: www.who.int/gpsc/clean_hands_protection

Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and use hand sanitizer regularly. Wash your hands. (It is a theme.)

Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues. (There is that handwashing again!)

Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards. (In case you forgot.)

 

Kitchen

We will be limiting shared kitchen services including coffee, refreshment and snack service as well as limiting the use of reusable utensils and drinkware during this time. Single use items may still be served as available in the kitchen, but we apologize for any inconvenience this limited service may have. 

 

If You Are Sick

For the safety of our coworkers and community, we are asking customers who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home. Please! Not only is this common courtesy, but it will also help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong. 

Please notify our staff if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space in the past 30 days. 

 

If You Have Traveled

For our employees, customers, and guests. If you have recently traveled to high-risk areas (China, Italy and other areas as updated by the CDC), they are being asked to self-quarantine for 14 days, even if they show no symptoms, to monitor for any symptoms of illness. This may be extended to those who have traveled to other areas where COVID-19 is spreading. 

If you have recently traveled internationally or may have been exposed to people traveling from affected areas, please monitor yourself. 

If you are showing any symptoms of illness, we ask you to check with your healthcare provider. Please do not plan to return to work until you have been cleared and are no longer sick.

 

Masks

Masks are required to enter the office and must be worn in common areas as well as when traveling to the restrooms or other businesses in the building

 

Social distancing

We are strongly encouraging customers and guests to avoid congregating in our common spaces and will try to accommodate any customers or guests who ask to work or meet in isolation.

 

Closures

Finally, we have policies in place and will communicate further to implement closures and further cleaning protocols if we are notified that any person that has used our space recently is diagnosed with COVID-19.
