The building known as and located at 10104 Senate Drive Suite: Office 201, Lanham Maryland 20706 at Forbes Center. User shall have the non-exclusive right to use, at User’s sole risk, the common areas in the Suites, described as follows: one (1) break room with coffee maker and one (1) shared conference room.
Services and Utilities. Electricity, high speed internet, water, and exterior window cleaning and after-hours janitorial service, all as required in Company sole and absolute judgment. The building shall furnish to the User Space air-conditioning and heating appropriate to the seasons of the year sufficient to reasonably cool or heat the User Space, 24 hours access to the building and our building is full of amenities including: plentiful parking, outdoor terrace, in-house deli space, conference rooms.
