GUEST BEWARE, RENT ELSEWHERE!!!. You get what you pay for. CHEAP for a reason. Trust that they have a lot of spaces available for a reason and not a good reasons!! You know the saying, if it seems to good to be true....... Room kept EXTREMELY HOT ALL summer depsite asking repeatedly to have the a/c kept to a reasonable setting of 71-73 as the offices have windows and the sun blares in all day. Refuse to put the AC below 75 making it over 80 degrees in the office and actually change it EVERY time your not there even after setting it to automatically go on and off during your office hours only. More about the dollars than your comfort or well being. Also, scolded at every turn. If a light switch is turned off and they prefer it on, they scotch tape it on, if a chair is moved by them, it is okay. If guests need them and move them back, they put signs on them saying not to move them back. Any issues they have they send emails and refuse to have any forum to address or to cooperate/discuss on-site. While they advertise reception and package delivery, they don't allow those services to be utilized unless it's convenient for them and NOT on a regular basis. They also aren't friendly or concerned with anything other than the cash you bring to the table. If you use the printer regularly they threaten to up-charge. If you ask Liquid Space for help to intervene as no forum exists for the guests at the co-working space, they shun you and punish you for attempting to help yourself. They also blatantly put down any clients who are eccentric or unique and will outright tell you "Your clientele aren't what they prefer" if they dress creatively, speak with emotion, bring their children to the office or oodles of other things. They refuse to even see clients, much less, guests who are renting as equals, much less clients and choose to call them visitors instead. They even have added to their ads "the space is great if you don't have "visitors"during our lease time there knowing we have hourly clientele with no concern the work climate and environment that will create. They instruct you to keep the main entry office door locked at ALL times unless your waching the door or their elderly front desk clerk is watching the door as if she could do anything to prevent any emergency!. Furthermore, when you look into this further they response is she is only here from 10-3 and that can't be relied upon during summer. WOW! How many businesses are closed for access during business hours or most of the summer? CRAZY. Biased choices on a daily basis where they will refuse access to needed items or assistance such as thee above. Additionally, there is one other guest renting there who is allowed to do anything she wants while others are not afforded the same freedom, i.e, moving furniture, using reception area, having regular "visitors" as they call them, monopolizing the training room without others guests knowledge and posting quiet signs regularly, etc.Pretty sure there is something illegal and an ism about that. Oh, and if your in any type of social service, they will without apology, tell you that their field doesn't prefer "your" style of clientele there while hosting you. While they have no need to think they are better than anyone else, i.e, dress in every day clothes, hair styles, jeans, and t shirts, they will email you saying your clients don't dress the part or help their image after they've arrived from sports or dance recitals etc. Could go on and on and on regarding their petty nonsense. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere with hosting experience that wants to co-work/relate/cooperate, not landlord you and control your every day moves while the collect your cash. Also, if they don't like your clients "they actually call them visitors", they refuse your clients reception and instruct them to use the back door unapologetically with no concern for the prejudice that brings. OH, the space itself. No regular cleaning or trash removal, boxes piled sky high for your "visitors" to see and many other unsightly occurrences on the daily.
