This office comes with a large executive desk and chair, two guest chairs and a matching lateral file cabinet. Conveniently situated in a hallway near reception and the kitchen, yet its location at the end of the hallway affords extra privacy and quiet. Included services: 24-hour access, building maintenance, fully furnished private office, fully furnished reception and lounge area, fully stocked kitchen, heat and AC, incoming mail is delivered to your office, janitorial services, office manager on site, use of center address and fax number for business cards, stationery, website, utilities. First 50 pages of printing included monthly. Other services available: acceptance and sending of overnight packages via UPS, access to fully furnished conference rooms, training room and/or private office (for use on an hourly/daily basis), administrative support service, building directory listing, coffee set-up or catering for meetings, equipment rental (LCD overhead projector), notary services, outgoing mail is metered and sent out daily, personal telephone answering service, personalized door sign, telecommunications package, use of color copier, printer, and scanner

Weekday hours from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, a Client Services Representative will greet all clients and guests who come through the reception area.

Notary service is available, please notify the front desk 24-hours in advance for this service. Credit Card (or cash) must be provided at time of meeting for this service.

Strega Prime, one of Boston's premier steak houses, is an excellent choice for business lunches or after work dinner meetings. Al's Cafe serves soups, salads, and hot/cold subs from 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM M-F. Dunkin Donuts is also on site.
Free parking is available around all entrances to the building. Covered garage parking is available within walking distance in the same business park, and is less than a one-minute walk.
A shower is on-site and accessible via a key that can be signed-out. There are two shower rooms, each with a locking door, mirror, towel rack, and chair.
