This is a 5,000 sq ft room with 14-20 ft ceilings, exposed brick, large open grid windows and polished cement floors. The room includes access to chairs and 6ft tables on site (for up to 100 people) with capacity to bring in more. The room has strong wifi, a smart TV, a smart projector with multiple screens, access to lounge furniture and a custom wood bar for lunch service/ drinks. PA system with mic and speakers are also available. This space is great for pitches, presentations, coworking, large format meetings, offsite workshops, corporate events, etc.

Parker Karlov is an open converted warehouse space with exposed brick, natural light, raw wood timber bow truss ceiling and super fast internet! This open concept room has direct access to outside. We have tables and chairs for 100 people with capacity for more. The site has a rolling smart TV, projector with screens and a PA system with mic and speakers for larger presentation. We also have a bar with water dispensers and coffee machines.
