In accordance with the City of Chicago’s Phase 4 guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for all, and in efforts to help prevent spread of COVID19, we ask that everyone in our shared office follow the below guidelines until further notice:
**Prior to leaving home, please self-identify symptoms and stay home if any of the following symptoms are present:
*a body temperature of 100’ Fahrenheit or higher
*a new cough that cannot be attributed to another health condition
*a new or worsening sore throat that cannot be attributed to another health condition
*shortness of breath that cannot be attributed to another health condition
*a recently developed loss of smell or taste
**Please wear a face mask or covering anywhere inside shared areas of building, including building entry and hallways, shared restrooms, loading dock and mail area.
**Upon initial entry to our shared workspace on a given day, please sanitize hands immediately. Hand sanitizer will be provided near front door. Once hands are sanitized, please use the provided no-touch infrared thermometer at entry to take your temperature.
Please confirm you have taken temperature and are without fever (below 100’ F) on the provided log (and that you’ve not used a fever reducer in the previous 24 hours to treat a body temperature of 100 degrees F or higher). If a fever of 100’ or above is present, please avoid entering our workspace until fever and any symptoms have returned to “normal”. Please sanitize or wash hands after using thermometer. Thermometer will be regularly sanitized.
**Please wear a face mask/covering in any common area where 6’ social distancing is not possible (please always wear a face mask in the kitchen area and avoid entry when already in use by another officemate).
**While collecting mail or packages, please wear gloves or be sure to sanitize or handwash thoroughly after handling.
**Please avoid having guests in our shared workspace unless necessary (i.e. a client), and if you do, we ask that you ensure they follow the same guidelines.
