The Training Room at Colony Park
This is a 1,800 sq. ft. training room that seats 60 people. The room has two 72" TV's, a presentation cart, microphones & speaker equipment, clickers, cameras for live-streaming, small kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave and even free coffee & tea! Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks as long as they pick-up after themselves and leave the room as they found it.
We are located at 3737 Woodland Ave. #650 West Des Moines, Iowa 50266, just south of I-235 at Colony Park across from Valley High School. There are many food options on the other side of the interstate near Valley West Mall.
WiFi
Filming Allowed ($)
You may bring your own equipment to film or record in the room. However, we also offer on-site video and audio recording services to our guests through Bents Consulting, LLC for an additional $150 per hour.
Room Set-up
You are free to rearrange the furniture as needed, as long as you return everything to how you found it.
Video Conference ($)
We offer professional livestream services to our guests through Bents Consulting, LLC for an additional $200 per hour.
TV/Monitor
There are two 65" TV's that are mounted behind the presenter, as well as one additional 43" TV cart that can be moved to suit your needs. All TV's are able to be controlled by the presenter via HDMI connection to their computer.
Accessibility
This space is ADA approved.
Coffee/Tea
We provide two Keurigs, an electric kettle and free coffee and tea.
Kitchen
The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, sink, two Keurigs, an electric kettle and plenty of storage.

There is plenty of parking on both the East and West sides of the building.
