These are unusual times; however, the health and safety of our guests is our top priority. We are implementing strong office space policies to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus and limit its impact on our community.
Thank you for reading this and supporting our efforts!
Following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) the following health and safety policies are in effect. These may be updated as new recommendations are released.
We require members and guests to practice social distancing wherever possible, and to wear masks while coming and going through common areas.
Members of our staff will be located off site but be on call within a fifteen minute drive during regular business hours in order to adhere to social distancing guidelines, further reducing your risk of exposure. Members of our staff will be masked and maintain social distancing whenever they are on site.
We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures to protect our employees, members, and guests. These include:
Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant.
Providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes.
Asking our guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used, particularly doorknobs, faucets, the refrigerator door, and other high-touch places.
Professional cleaning services will be provided more frequently during off hours and as needed.
Please follow these important guidelines:
Wash your hands frequently with soap and water. A guide can be found here: www.who.int/gpsc/clean_hands_protection. There are also many entertaining musical hand washing songs on YouTube.
Use a tissue, your arm or your sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and wash your hands after.
Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands any time you have used tissues.
Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards.
We will be limiting kitchen services including coffee, refreshment and snacks as well as reusable utensils and drinkware. Single use items may be served as available. We hate the waste- but your safety is important to us.
If You Are Sick
If you are experiencing even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold, please stay home. Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you or anyone in your household is diagnosed with COVID-19 and you have used our space in the previous 30 days.
Finally, we have policies in place and will communicate further to implement closures and further cleaning protocols if we are notified that any person that has used our space within the previous thirty days is diagnosed with COVID-19.
Thank you for putting the health and safety of our employees, members, guests and local community first! We are closely following the recommendations by the WHO and CDC and will provide updates as needed.
