The health and safety of Industrious members and staff continues to be our top priority. All Industrious team members, including those who manage the day-to-day operations of our locations, are supporting members virtually for the time being. Your healthcare professional will work with your state’s public health department and CDC to determine if you need to be tested for COVID-19. To our members and others using our spaces: please let your local Community Manager know of any known cases or points of contact that you or your guests in the space have with COVID-19, so that we can work, in anonymity, to ensure proper communications and response plans. RESPONSE Our team has worked diligently on a response plan and we are prepared to address a number of potential scenarios. While our response is determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account where the individual was (whether within our space or not), when they were last in the building, the status of COVID-19 testing, and, most importantly, guidance from public health officials and our landlord partner, plans include either a deep-cleaning or medical-grade cleaning of our spaces, in addition to potential long-term closures.
