DemiSar Workspace enables productivity for Tampa’s remote professionals with temporary office space that’s safe and full of top-notch tech. Offering private offices, and cubicles for daily or flexible rent. We also offer conference rooms, and a large training room for rent on an hourly basis.
Private Office 208
Our private offices are spacious; 100 to 220 sqft. Each office provides 24-hour access, a luxuriously large cherry wood desk, comfortable chairs, and matching cherry wood bookcases. Our private offices offer beautiful views of the surrounding nature and provide natural lighting. Each office is numbered and marked on our directory. We offer all customers booking flexibility; book as short as a day, or up to several months, no memberships or contracts required.
Private Office 209

Equipped with: Barco connection system Large TV 1 Gb internet connection Projector Projector Screen Air-con, heating Natural light Comfortable seating for 10 Whiteboard Fully equipped sound system Tea/Coffee/Water Mini Fridge Due to our COVID policy, all conference rooms require a 15 minute buffer time for our team to clean between bookings, and can only be booked Monday - Friday 8 am - 6 pm.
Private Cubicles
Our cubicles are a spacious 6ft x 6ft, with L-shaped desks, comfortable chairs, and strong but comfortable lighting. All available cubicles are socially distanced, separated by a full-sized cube on each side for COVID safety, meeting CDC Guidelines. Our cubes have privacy dividers on all walls and offer multiple lockable drawers. We offer all customers booking flexibility; book as short as a day, or up to several months, no memberships or contracts required.
The Training Room
Our top-of-the-line, massive training suite is equipped with all the tech needed for any training seminar. We also offer event ticket management complimentary with the booking of our training room, which includes a how-to walk-through to manage your event with ease. Catering for your event can be coordinated for an additional fee. There is a deposit required, based on the duration of the booking. The hours available for use are also flexible based on the duration of the booking. All bookings of the training room require a meeting and approval from one of our administrative staff. Bookings of the training room must have a 4-hour minimum. The training room comes equipped with: Seating for 50 guests Podium Microphones for speakers and audience Large screen TV Projector Large projector screen Multiple levels of lighting for optimum screen viewing Large reception room Beverage & snack area

We are DemiSar workspace are committed to the utmost level of health and safety, adhering to the CDC guidelines, all private offices are fully enclosed, and all cubicles have perimeter walls, and are separated by an empty cubicle of 6ft around each side. Masks are required in all common spaces, including while sitting at a cubicle. All conference rooms are cleaned between bookings, frequent cleaning of high traffic areas throughout the day, and the entire suite is cleaned daily. Sanitizing stations are provided throughout the suite.
