Basic Description: Morgan Media LLC is a Graphic Design Agency and newly minted CoLab located in the Infinity building in the heart of Brickell (close to Mary Brickell and BCC). In January 2019, we opened up 2 private offices, each with their own lock and key (key provided to monthly renters), inside of our space as temporary and/or month-to-month rentals that are open to entrepreneurs, real estate professionals, accountants, marketers, designers and tech professionals. We are emulating the co-lab model, but in a much more exclusive and private setting. Availability is extremely limited. Overview of Private Offices: Approx 100 Sq Ft Each $950/month - + security deposit $150/day - no security deposit $100/half day - no deposit Includes: Private Office Large Desk 1 Ergonomic Chair (More available upon request) Waste Basket Basic Housekeeping Access to basic office amenities including a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, printers, and common use lobby/waiting area. Optional: Parking Pass is available for $100/month (1 available, first come, first served) Notes: We ask for no more than 2 occupants per office (on a regular basis) & no pets.
