The building, located in the heart of Jacksonville Beach is a well-kept, two-story office building, close to downtown Jax Beach, convenient to Beach Blvd, and 2 miles to Butler Boulevard. We are across from Pet Supermarket, ABC Liquor Store, Wonderbird, Publix and are minutes from the beach, post office, and numerous restaurants.
