Superbly located right behind Union Market, our non-profit organization has extra office space to host a small nonprofit or freelancer. We are close to major bus lines and a fifteen-minute walk to the metro in the trend-setting NOMA neighborhood of Washington, DC. We have approximately 240- 1,000 square feet available. The price is $440 per desk with a discount on those who lease three or more desks. Our open-plan office space has a highly modern and creative atmosphere with concrete floors, exposed ceilings, and glass dividing walls. As a part of the mission of our work, we have an AmeriCorps training for 30 team members one day each month (usually on a Friday) that is held in the office. There is shared access to a beautiful and spacious courtyard (with a basketball hoop, chairs and tables, and even a bar!), a lounge room, and a fully-equipped kitchen area. Our fun neighbors include marketing/PR firms, a film company, and DC United. Conference rooms can be reserved. Internet, furniture, and printing included. We are looking for a company or organization with a social mission. We are looking to lease our space to nonprofit professionals or professionals working with a social mission. Lease term would ideally be for 6 months- 1 year but willing to negotiate with the right tenant.
