RMC Health is seeking a small non-profit organization or business to share our office space! The offices are located in 274 Union Blvd, a newly renovated office building. Space is available to accommodate up to 5 employees. Building features: ● Conveniently located by the 6th Ave and Federal light rail and bus station ● Private parking lot for occupants (free) ● Newly renovated bathrooms ● Third floor suite with stair and elevator access ● Numerous restaurants, gyms, and hotels nearby ● Building signage and IDs available ● Main building entrance has code access after hours, suite is code locked at all times Suite amenities: ● Up to five cubicles available. Each has a chair, standing desk and ergonomic mat. Four cubicles have exterior windows. ● 2 conference rooms with smartboard capabilities and speaker phones with conference call capabilities. ○ One conference room seats 10 max, One conference room seats 6 max. ○ Smaller conference room could be converted to a private office if needed - please discuss with our team. ● Eat-in kitchen space with refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave, toaster and Keurig. Shared dishware, utensils, and filtered water station. ● Lounge area with couches for casual meetings or taking a break from your desk ● Large workspace for putting together projects, organizing large print jobs, etc ● New Konica color copier and scanner (with coding available to separate costs) Tenant will need to set up their own wifi services through our service provider. IT support is available. Minimum of 12 month agreement required. Pricing will depend on the amount of space and amenities needed. Estimate $1,500 - $2,500 per month.
